BASICS Class with instructor's explanation of basic postures. As standards for kinetic momentum and yoga experience, levels 0-3 are available.
HALF PRIMARY Students practice half of the postures of Primary Led class with the instructor's count.
FULL PRIMARY LED By the same sequence with the style taught in Mysore, India, you can practice postures with the instructor's count.
MYSORE You can practice at your own pace and rhythm as the teacher provides individualized attention and pose adjustments. Beginners start it by learning the sequence of the postures by heart. In this class, you can start practice anytime within the class hours.

VINYASA

Synchronizing breath and flowing movements which instructors programmed for students. Various postures are provided every time.

SIVANANDA YOGA

It is one of the traditional types of yoga. With the great mix of Sun Salutation, 12 basic postures, Pranayama, meditation and chanting, you can obtain a balance of mind and body.

KRIPALU YOGA

Designed by Swami Kripalvananda, Babuji, It is yoga for contemporary human.
By saving energy and holding postures, you can unweave mental and physical intensity.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga was developed from Yin-Yang system. By holding the postures , you can obtain easeness and relaxation, and your physical and mental intensity will be winded down.

TYG CULTURE & YOGA WORKSHOP

We offer very unique workshops focusing on body, food, language and India,etc.
The classes are taught in small groups where you can learn in a delightful atmosphere.
It does not matter if you practice yoga or not; anyone can join the class.

About MORNING PRACTICE CLASS

MORNING MYSORE CLASS (MON-FRI 6:00-9:30, SUN 7:00-10:15)

In MYSORE style, you can practice at your own pace, and teachers provide individualized attention and pose adjustments. Therefore, beginner starts by learning the sequence of the postures by heart.
For the first couple of times, they practice basic postures only, so the postures to practice are not many compared to other classes. As you are more and more familiarized with it, postures and time to practice are increased.

MOON DAY
No morning class for MOON DAY (full moon and new moon).

In MYSORE class, you can start the practice anytime within the class hours.

MORNING BASIC CLASS (Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri 10:00AM-11:15AM)

Class for students who want learn and review the basics of ASHTANGA YOGA. you can practice, with the explanations from instructor.

EASY HATHA

As a preparation for meditation, yoga poses and breathing techniques are introduced. Esaka Practice provides various types of Hatha Yoga classes for all levels to try and continue your Yoga practice. Hatha Yoga classes are open to everyone.
